Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders on 24 April 2010 the Annual Report and Accounts for 2009 and the
Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") together with the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at Suite 102, City
Tower 2, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Monday, the 7th of June 2010 at 12:00 noon (UAE time).
The Company confirms that two copies of each of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2009, the Notice of the AGM, the Form of
Proxy and black lined version of the Company's Articles of Association proposed to be adopted at the AGM will shortly be
submitted at the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UKLA Document Viewing Facility which is
