Overall purpose of role
Responsible for supplier administration, clerical tasks, and document control activities. Coordinates with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to manage and maintain accurate supplier registration records.
Primary responsibilities, authorities & accountabilities
- Maintain and update supplier registration records in the system.
- Coordinate registration formalities and documentation requirements with suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure their records are current and complete.
- Assist the Supplier Registration Team Leader in generating system reports and other data-related tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between the system administrator and suppliers for any updates or corrections to supplier records, ensuring timely resolution of errors or missing information.
- Support suppliers in uploading new records or files required as part of due diligence processes.
Attainment
- High school education with 2–3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to support the registration process.
- Strong word processing abilities, including proficiency in Word and email correspondence.
- Ability to generate and run reports using the SRM module.
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who works well with others.
