Safety and well-being
We are serious about safety. We have a company doctor and a team of paramedics who provide 24/7 medical support across all our accommodation and yard facilities through our on-site medical facilities. We are committed to supporting the physical and emotional needs of our staff and regularly run education and awareness sessions to help support the well-being of our employees.

With over 35 nationalities working for the organisation, we are proud of our approach to diversity in Lamprell. We have a Diversity and Inclusion Policy Statement in place to support our commitment. Employee skills development
Core to our philosophy around social investment is our focus on education initiatives. Education is a key focus area of Lamprell’s strategy because it links to our training and skills development, and that ultimately creates career development prospects for our employees. We offer training and development opportunities for employees wanting to progress through our Lamprell Assessment and Training Centre and we engage with external specialist training providers as necessary.
