Overall purpose of role
Ensure timely delivery of specification-compliant equipment and materials for all projects, following LEL policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Identify and resolve issues proactively, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders while staying within budget.
Primary responsibilities, authorities & accountabilities
- Manage Project Procurement Coordinators
- Oversee project procurement strategies, synergies, risk management, and planning
- Develop and maintain Project Procurement Plans and Schedules for all projects
- Control the Project Procurement Budget
- Collaborate with Engineering to influence deliverables
- Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders to meet Project ROS dates and procurement schedules
- Implement and manage seamless procurement, expediting, logistics, and goods receiving processes for each project
- Deliver project and functional reports
- Ensure compliance with HSES policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all applicable information security policies and procedures
Attainment
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Offshore EPCI projects
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
