During the first quarter of 2026, Lamprell continued to prioritise employee wellbeing through a range of initiatives designed to support both physical and mental health. These activities form part of the Company’s broader commitment to creating a healthy and supportive working environment, encouraging employees to build sustainable habits both at work and outside.
As part of this, a series of webinars were delivered covering topics such as building sustainable routines, nutrition, personal development and overall wellbeing. In light of the current geopolitical situation, some sessions were focused on providing psychological support, placing a strong emphasis on mental wellbeing. Employees were provided with practical guidance on managing stress and anxiety, maintaining emotional balance and accessing professional support where needed. Alongside these activities, desk yoga sessions were introduced, offering a simple and accessible way for employees to incorporate movement into their working day.

Another key highlight of the quarter was the launch of a strategic mental health leadership workshop, bringing together managers to strengthen their understanding of how to support team wellbeing. The session focused on the role leaders play in recognising when individuals may be struggling and creating a supportive working environment. Delivered by Mark Samways, Director of The Free Spirit Collective, the workshop marked the start of a wider series aimed at building leadership capability and reinforcing a culture of care across the organisation.
Together, these initiatives reflect Lamprell’s continued commitment to supporting the wellbeing of its people through accessible, relevant and practical programmes, helping employees navigate both everyday challenges and more complex external circumstances.
