Disciplined delivery in a changing environment

Maintaining momentum

2026 continues to be a year of significant activity across Lamprell’s operations. At the same time, the dynamic geopolitical situation continues to create uncertainty around shipping routes, energy markets and supply chains. Our response has been to remain focused on the fundamentals: protect our people, maintain control of our projects and adapt quickly where circumstances require it.

That discipline is visible across the portfolio. Major offshore EPCI, offshore wind, onshore EPC, and rig projects are progressing across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and international markets, supported by ongoing investment in our engineering, digital, and operational capability.

Progress across the portfolio

Our Offshore EPCI portfolio continues to advance across multiple stages of execution in the Middle East and India.

Our project in India is moving into the second phase of operation following the monsoon season. Over the past few months, we have strengthened planning, project controls, and operational readiness, applying the experience gained during the previous offshore season to prepare for the next.

Four of our KSA projects have progressed through various stages of engineering, procurement, and fabrication at our Jebel Ali and Hamriyah facilities, and we are preparing for offshore fabrication work at IMI’s Ras Al-Khair facility in KSA under the recently signed offshore fabrication agreement.

In the UAE, following Lamprell’s engineering, procurement and fabrication work, our subsea pipeline project serving an island offshore Abu Dhabi has moved into offshore installation, with our sister company AMC leading marine execution using Champion, its heavy-lift, pipelay and subsea construction vessel. Kick-off meetings have also begun for our new offshore EPCI project in consortium with L&T, with AMC also set to support offshore execution.

Offshore wind production continues to demonstrate the value of Lamprell’s investment in technology and serial production capability. On Vanguard West, transition pieces are progressing through coating, final assembly and commissioning, supported by production systems designed to improve consistency, visibility and efficiency across repeat fabrication. Along with our subcontractors, the project celebrated reaching almost four million man-hours without a lost-time incident at the end of September, reflecting the strong safety culture shared across Lamprell and the client team. On Vanguard East, first steel has been cut, marking an initial milestone for the project. Ongoing regional disruption has required adjustments to logistics routes, reinforcing the importance of resilient planning alongside scalable, technology-enabled delivery.

Onshore EPC continues to build momentum, with engineering, civil, structural and underground works progressing across current projects. Alongside this, the Lamprell MIS team continues to support clients in live operating environments, recently receiving two awards from EPCL recognising its contribution to refinery operations, operational excellence and safety. The recognition included the team’s support in restoring a critical water supply line, reflecting the responsiveness and disciplined execution required across ongoing operations.

Activity across Lamprell’s rigs business remains strong. IMI Rig 3 is now around halfway through construction, while three rig refurbishment projects were delivered during 2026 and five more are under way. Lamprell continues to support clients across the region with land rig inspections, maintenance and specialist engineering services, while also progressing coil tubing tower projects. Resilience through preparation

Operational resilience is not simply about responding when disruption occurs. It depends on preparation, clear decisions, and the ability to shift resources, routes, and execution plans without losing control of safety, quality or schedule.

Regional shipping, port and clearance constraints continues to affect logistics in parts of the region, while government authorities continue to support clearance capacity to keep goods moving and promote wider economic activity. We are working closely with clients, logistics partners and our supply chain to manage these pressures and protect scheduled deliveries. To date, critical-path materials have been secured to avoid disruption to fabrication activities.

Lamprell has also maintained business continuity and crisis management readiness throughout the regional uncertainty. We are also strengthening our digital infrastructure, including expanded disaster-recovery capability between the UAE and India. The continued growth of our Chennai engineering hub provides greater flexibility in how engineering work is allocated and executed across projects.

Safety remains the first measure

None of this progress matters unless it is delivered safely. By June, Lamprell’s 2026 year-to-date TRIR stood at 0.04, against a year-end target of 0.06. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 surveillance audits in the UAE and Saudi Arabia were completed with zero observations, while safety programmes continue to focus on frontline behaviours, new-to-site employees, subcontractor engagement and heat-stress prevention.

As activity grows and operating conditions remain complex, the expectation is unchanged: stop work when something is unsafe, plan carefully, communicate clearly and look out for one another.

Disciplined delivery remains the priority

The external environment may continue to change, but our priorities are clear. We will keep delivering current projects safely and to the required standard; manage geopolitical and supply-chain risks pragmatically; strengthen collaboration across our operations and partners; and continue investing in the people, systems and capabilities that make Lamprell resilient and scalable.

That combination of operational discipline and adaptability will remain central as we move through the final quarter of 2026.
