Lamprell Through the Lens 2025
Now in its sixth year, the Lamprell Through the Lens photography competition gained hundreds of entries from across the business. Each submission reflected unique perspectives on nature, culture, and everyday life.
After careful judging, this year’s overall winner was announced in August:
Ramkumar Chandrasekar Rajkumar (Engineering Department) with Mother’s Love, an image of a lioness and her cub.
As in previous years, the top 12 photographs will feature in Lamprell’s 2026 digital calendar. This year’s finalists were:
Onam Pookalam competition 2025
In September, our UAE teams gathered for the annual Onam Pookalam Competition, celebrating Kerala’s harvest festival through colour and teamwork. Departments created intricate floral designs that reflected artistry and community spirit.
The winning teams were:
- First place: Rig Refurb
- Second place: Engineering
- Third place: QA/QC
Other creative entries came from NBR, Supply Chain Management, Production, HSES, Projects, Finance, HR, and IT, each bringing their own flair and imagination to the celebration.
From photography to traditional art, these initiatives remind us that our people’s creativity extends far beyond project delivery. At Lamprell, we are proud to celebrate the many talents that make up our workforce.
