At Lamprell, employee wellbeing is a core priority, extending beyond the workplace to families, communities and project sites. Throughout Q4 2025, a series of initiatives were delivered across the business, reinforcing our commitment to a safe, healthy and engaged workforce.
Promoting health through awareness sessions
As part of its annual flu vaccination drive, Lamprell supported the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) during its national influenza awareness programme. The initiative emphasised the importance of annual vaccinations to help reduce illness severity, prevent complications and minimise workplace outbreaks. Free vaccinations were provided during dedicated sessions for both day and night shift employees.
To extend awareness beyond the workplace, Lamprell also introduced a flu vaccination awareness contest for employees’ children aged 6 to 15. Entries were showcased, gift bags were presented to participants and winners were recognised for their creativity. In parallel, two online wellbeing awareness sessions were delivered during the quarter, focusing on breast cancer awareness and men’s mental health.
Encouraging active lifestyles through the Dubai Fitness Challenge
Lamprell once again joined the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30, held from 1 to 30 November 2025. The citywide initiative encourages participants to complete 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days, promoting long-term healthy habits and active living.
Employees took part in a wide range of activities, including walking, running, cycling, swimming, and yoga, choosing routines that best suited their schedules and fitness levels. As part of the challenge, Lamprell employees, alongside colleagues from Algihaz Marine Contractors, participated in the Dubai Run, transforming Sheikh Zayed Road into a running track for thousands of participants.
Finishing strong with a safety TRIR of 0
Alongside health and fitness, safety remained a key focus as the year drew to a close. Building on Lamprell’s strong safety performance in 2025, the HSES Department launched its annual “Finishing Strong” campaign, with dedicated events across facilities and projects. Activities focused on reinforcing critical safety elements, including working at height, plant, equipment and vehicle safety, alongside online awareness sessions for administration and management teams.
In parallel, Lamprell continued to strengthen proactive hazard awareness through targeted sessions. The “Spot the Hazard, Stop the Harm” hazard identification awareness session, held in KSA, brought together Lamprell and Aramco PMT personnel for an interactive learning experience, encouraging active participation, practical hazard recognition and shared accountability for maintaining safe working environments.
The efforts made by everyone throughout not only the quarter, but the entire year, paid off. As a result, Lamprell achieved a TRIR of 0 throughout 2025, reflecting the care and discipline demonstrated by everyone working across our yards. We remain committed to sustaining this standard together.
A collective commitment to wellbeing
Together, these initiatives reflect Lamprell’s holistic approach to wellbeing, integrating physical health, safety awareness and community engagement. By supporting employees and their families, encouraging active lifestyles and reinforcing a strong safety culture, Lamprell continues to invest in what matters most: the well-being of its people.
